Natalie is an absolute godsend. She came out to do my 4 Persian cats that had an enormous amount of matting and tangled hair and she persevered and we got there after a lot of hard work on her side and my cats weren't best behaved either Totally recommend highland cat groomers to anyone 5 will definitely call her for routine grooming going forward.

Absolutely outstanding, she was super friendly towards myself and my beautiful boy Jaffa (the cat) She ensured that she explained what she did and how she was going to do it, I myself struggle with small talk but she was extremely easy to speak with and gave me advice and information on how to groom my boy! Very professional and I would highly recommend! Thank you for helping :)

Natalie, with her kindness was so helpful with our buddy! She gave us useful tips on grooming buddy. Even though to our surprise he was not impressed with himself getting groomed she was so gentle with him and fed him so many treats to get it done even though he was a cheat and scoffed them all before the clippers hit him. Thank you for your help today, highly recommend!
