Quite simply the most fantastic street food I've ever had. Spotted the van whilst driving by, thought it was selling burgers, etc., but to my delight discovered it was selling home made pasta dishes. The young guy who runs the place is so enthusiastic about his cooking and understandably so: my bigoli with gorgonzola, white wine, cream, breadcrumbs and parsley was culinary genius - you'd be delighted to get something as good in Italy. And ridiculously cheap for the quality too. I'll be back!
