        Ordered a sofa set online which said In Stock. Received an email saying that my order was being prepared for delivery. 5 days later I had an email saying that it wasnt in stock and would I like a refund or order an alternative. I chose refund. 5 days later, no refund, no correspondence, no one answers the phone (message says we are busy leave a message - which I did several times), no reply to my numerous emails. Worse than very poor customer service. Perhaps if someone from Simpsons reads this, could you arrange for my 999.00 to be refunded?
