Beautiful place to stay, not to far out of town and just far enough to be peaceful and quiet, only noise was from the lambs in the fields behind! Extremely welcoming and friendly host. Thank you so much for our stay, hope to see you again next year for the Etape 2024!! Thank you Stephen and Kelly

Me and my partner stayed for our anniversary over the weekend. What a lovely stay! Its just outside of Inverness, far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all the amenities! The patio overlooks the fields, so when you are chilling in the hot tub, youve got a lively view. Yes, the hot tub does require planning, time and patience, but so do all good things in life!:) the bothy is well equipped to cook your own meals and is clean throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great level of comfort and good facilities. Freezer compartment on the fridge could do with defrosting it was impossible to get any food into this. Whilst the hot tub is inviting the time to fill (1 hour) and heat up (3 hours) made it an impossible task for us when we were out walking all day. It was a very dog friendly property. However dog walking from the Bothy is very limited which was a disadvantage for us especially as the Bothy is on a busy road.
