From start to finish the level of customer service has been top notch! We recently bought a Tuff Spa from Exterea and Id recommend them if anyone is looking to get one! Sharon was amazing all the way through showing what customer service is really all about. Sandy, her husband, and their son delivered the hot tub and were brilliant also, explaining how everything worked in an easily understandable way. I really cant recommend them enough :D

Fantastic service from start to finish. I adore my log cabin & Sandy & the boys worked nonstop until it was completed. Sharon was fab, keeping me posted about everything. Cannot fault anything, highly recommended. Thanks guys xx

What a fantastic company , Sharon and her husband are excellent. They have given me so much information and have helped me along the way . Don't come across people like this often. Advised on all proper chemicals and best/safe way to use them . If you are looking at buying a hot tub I strongly advise use these guys . 5* service all the way . Thank you all so much
