We recently used the let only service at Moo-Let and were extremely impressed. Having had a bad experience with our last property management company we were a little unsure about which company to use. However, after seeing Moo-Let come highly recommended on a local social media page, we definitely made the right decision! Very professional and excellent communication throughout the whole process and the result was a lovely tenant. We were also extremely impressed with the property inventory produced by Michael, this went far beyond our expectations, it was outstanding. We would definitely recommend their services.

I would like to recommend our Letting Agents, Moo-lets based in Inverkeithing Fife. Michael, Melanie and their team show professionalism and keep us uptodate with everything that is required to be carried out in our two properties. We were fortunate enough to receive full rental income payments through the current situation with Covid19, which was really appreciated during these difficult times. We have also been kept uptodate with all the changes to Legislation during his period and what can and can't be carried out now. The Moo-Let team email us before going ahead with anything required, and keep us updated as things progress. We get monthly texts alerting us that our rent has been paid and a monthly statement with a complete breakdown without fail, which is an excellent service.
