Perfect Pets

I have been taking my dog to Perfect Pets for the past 8 years and as she has moved to Steelend we decided to use them as we have had no problems when they were in Inverkeithing. We had been hearing some bad reviews from at least three people we know that also used them in Inverkeithing and went to Perfect Pets at Steelend only to be told that Sara couldnt cut the dogs anymore because they have become too figity and aggressive and the dogs were biting her(the same story every time). My wife was reluctant to use them after hearing this but I persuaded her to use them again and we will see what happens,well after eventually getting an appointment we took our dog up to them,after being told where you can and cant walk and rules of the neighbours Sara was overjoyed to see our dog saying she just loves him and hes a great dog and he always gives her kisses etc. When we went to pick up our dog the mood changed and she said that there was an issue and you guessed it the same phrase came out of her mouth, he is too figity and is aggressive and biting her,we both could not believe it and were flabbergasted at this,when we did point out that three people we know had the same thing happen to them she just said she was sorry if we were not happy. We were both very disappointed and disgusted with her comments and we had her trust over all those years and I was more angry with myself for telling my wife that we would give her a try as she has been cutting our dog for over eight years,we would have rather she said that she could or did not wish to cut dogs anymore than tell blatant lies and come up with the same story for everybody,she would have had more respect for song that. Please Please be aware before you take your dog to her and if you do be prepared for the response you will receive from her as may get the same outcome as we have had. Feel very let down the both of us
