Annak Plumbing & Heating replaced our ageing and problematic conventional boiler with a new system boiler, which involved relocating the boiler to the loft and changing our open vented system to a sealed system. From the initial quote, we were really impressed with how detailed and thorough Stuart was in evaluating the best solution for us. When trying to assess our options, no question was too much bother and we received prompt and detailed responses to every one, which put our minds at ease. From start to finish Stuart and Paul were first class, and just really genuine, decent guys. They were on time, provided really high quality work and even sorted a couple of additional cosmetic issues for us to ensure an incredibly neat finish. Our aging boiler broke down so we decided on a replacement. From the start, we were given some options which were very detailed and any questions we had were answered. A thorough surgery was carried out as we were swapping system for combi. Again we were kept well informed. A very competitive quote was available within hours. The install itself was seamless and again, we were kept up to date with the progress. We now have a very efficient, new and working boiler! We have also used ANNAK for several other plumbing jobs and they are always prompt at response time, diagnosis and solutions. We will definitely use them again. My boiler developed a leak but was under a year old and therefore still under guarantee. Unfortunately, I experienced problems getting in touch with the installers and when they did come out they spent a couple of minutes tightening something, said it was fixed and disappeared. Ten minutes later it was leaking again. Stuart from Annak Plumbing had fitted a new radiator for me a few months ago so I contacted him the next morning. He said he would call round that morning, did so and fixed the leak in no time. Excellent service, good workmanship and very reliable. Stuart sourced and installed a new radiator for me. He was reliable, professional and friendly. I had encountered problems trying to find a plumber who could undertake the work quickly but he called to give me an estimate within days then undertook the work just over a week later. It was not a straightforward installation but he managed it with no problems and I was very happy with his work. I would definitely use the company again in the future. Andrea
