Awful customer service. Fobbed off by a bored teleoperator who sighs, ignores everything you say, and repeats the same line about reporting to the new site manager (Who we have never met or seen). Works not completed before moving in and this appears to be standard practice. Snagging, 5 months in, still waiting to hear back on about 95% of the issues. They could not care less once you move in and will only pretend at being attentive until the NHBC survey is completed. Workers on site spend most of their time sleeping in vans or standing about chatting (well, loudly swearing) to each other. Communal areas are left to grow wild, weeds flowering and setting seeds, and the play park, supposed to be completed around 8 months ago is still fenced off and incomplete, I'm not sure what the factoring fee is supposed to be paying for? There are plenty of other developments around, go with one of them. I doubt any will be as bad as this lot. Service: Home building
