        What can I say about Lucy & Stu @ Planet Fitness in Inverkeithing, other than a massive thank you. You are both fantastic and knowledgeable trainers who make the classes fun, varied and challenging. I have never laughed and sweated so much while training. Thanks to you I have lost 2 stone, so far, & never been fitter, stronger or healthier and barely a weight used. I would not have done this by going to a regular gym. Age is no barrier, I am in my mid 50's. I would, and do, recommend Planet Fitness to everybody.

        I love Lucys and going to her classes, she makes exercising so much more fun and keeps me so motivated through out. I would totally recommend trying them out if you havent already!

        I love going to the mummy classes. It's great that I can take my children along and still enjoy exercising. Lucy is great at giving you alternative exercises if you need to pick up smaller babies to console them so you can still join in!
