        Certain rude, incompetent and slow employees, far more interested in conversations than helping customers at tills. Was asked to stop with my request whilst the employee helped another customer who was already being served. Raised her hand to my face and asked me to HOLD please. Absolutely unprofessional.

        Staff chatting to eachother whilst serving and ignoring the customer. Wasn't spoken to at all except when I was told the balance and then to remove my card and even then the girl seemed to have an attitude. Poor customer service.
