Used them twice the past, first time was a laptop which was 'fixed' but they damaged the case and keyboard. Second was a phone screen replacement, they scraped some of the paint off from the inside, and the screen is not glued in properly (has a slight give). They do not know what they are doing, avoid!

This shop can fix your IT problems: they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also they are patient about explaining it if you need it.

Do not touch this guy with a barge pole!!! I put my laptop in for repair and was told it would take 2 -3 days! After waiting a week with no communication (No one would answer the phone) I drove to the shop to see a cardboard sign in the window saying back on 26th November with a mobile number no one answered !!Apparently he went on holiday not so much as a sorry from this rude and unprofessional man. He is a better cowboy than John Wayne!!!!

If I could give a minus star I would. Took an xbox in to be repaired. After being told to come back numerous times without getting the xbox back. We collected for the xbox to be in worse shape than than before. Asked for a refund and he was only going to give a partial refund as he had ordered parts. Parts which didnt work? Parts that now make the xbox turn off? Dont think the fella has a clue tbh. Got our full refund after an argument which I had to record....Do not go here....
