        WARNING. Do not leave your laptop/PC for repair. Totally incompetent. I had a standard problem caused by a routine software update. Got my laptop back eventually, after 7 trips to the shop we collected from the guy's home. Laptop had been opened up and 4 screws lost. Then found out that all data/photos had been wiped. The guy had done a factory reset despite having specifically been instructed not to. PS The 5 star review below is by the owner!
