A great asset to the Inverkeithing community and a valuable source of local employment. Compared to Breakers Yard across the inlet, it is a veritable visual delight. However, the large grey building does mar what would otherwise be a idyllic vista of a Scottage village on a hill. The building could be painted green to blend into the background. A far better tree screen is warranted between it and the Banksy to hide the structure from public view. The work there is not overly noisy and the employees are always conscientious and safety conscious. The Germans seem more adept at the aesthetic blending of industry and residential areas. Perhaps we could take a leaf out of their book.
