Arranged for our Corgi to stay here. Had an introduction at the premises where Catrina met us and our dog, and we signed all paperwork. Agreed on a date for a trial night which was then changed by Catrina, so we changed plans to accommodate. We were then emailed by Catrina 4 days before the re-arranged trial stay, to be told our dog (who she already met) was not small enough to stay, meaning we had to again cancel our plans, at our expense.

Our shih tzu girl has now been 3 times to Dogs at Spencerfield and would recommend the service to anyone looking for a first class dog boarding. Catrina is very professional and friendly. Misty has always been looked after very well and we trust Catrina with her. We know she has a good time and loves to go back. And gives us peace of mind when we go away.
