        I phoned early on Friday morning concerned with Arlo my German Shepherd he had been sick a number of times, despite treatment early on it was apparent he had a serious medical issue, there was nothing the team could prepare me for what was to happen later that evening after results from testing it was clear I was going to loose my best friend he was only 3 year's and 5 months, however the professional way we were treated by everyone on that awful day we lost Arlo I will always thank you, you treated Arlo with dignity and my family with sensitivity and allowed all of us to say goodbye to our most special friend thank you
