After previously having used this small business and was extremely satisfied with their friendly and efficient service, I needed some items to help me carry out some work for the military and heritage museum that I have been made a Lifetime member of. On going in I was welcomed with a smiling face and greeting. I explained what I needed, which was immediately found, then explained that I also required a couple of special hand stamps made so that we'll over 1,800 military reference books and military manuals, some not only out of print but also costing into the hundreds of pounds, with a number signed by their authors, including one signed by a VC Catalina RAF pilot, who signed it for me when he came to unveil a memorial on the site of the old RAF base that both of them had at one time been based on. The hand stamps details were given, and as they would need to be designed and made I was told that I would be contacted by them to confirm that the layouts would be OK to be made. On offering to pay for the item I had handed to me I was told that I could pay for everything once I went to collect the completed hand stamps. Once again I was impressed by the efficiency and service of the small, and friendly businesses two owners, and with being disabled the item I'd needed to carry out one of the jobs I was doing was taken out to my car. I can highly recommend this firm, that whilst limited in the range of items available off the shelf, it will order whatever might be required and contact the customer to let them know when the item is in.
