        Didnt repair the most important electrical safety issues even when reported. Failed to repair heating system in 48 hours when failed. Left exposed nails on floor in a house with a three year old. Installed heat pump system but never bothered with repairing insulation on doors and windows to ensure energy efficiency is high.
