Appalling attitude of locum doctors, operating via phone from another part of the country , trying to diagnose you via photos that are sent to them , whats going on ! It feels like a call Center I got through to and I was speaking to the trainee ! Absolutely no customer facing skills, is this why its done over the phone !! Also you can never get through on phone , even before there new so called phone system went in ! Something has to be done why are local people accepting this.

Explain the symptoms EXACTLY as they are! The GPS do a great job only based on what the patient tells them. Big thumbs up to Dr Kelly. Thank YOU so much!

Good Emergency room but terrible as a GP. They never have free appointments (even before covid) and won't make any accomodations. I was denied treatment for lack of available appointments, then given an appointment without being told about it. For missing the appointment I wasn't told about, I was informed I'm no longer allowed to book appointments. Most of the nurses are good, including the manager. One nurse, however, is a heartless b**** that acts annoyed when a patient is in pain.
