        Took my money and ignored my emails. Because I am outside the delivery area, they cannot fulfil my order, which is fine. Money was taken from my bank over 2 weeks ago. I have emailed numerous times to request a refund, all of which have been completely ignored and no refund issued.

        Cannot fault, delivered on time, friendly hard working men, girl I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, cannot understand the one stars.

        Coal I got back in April from Gamrie depot was great. Coal I got last week is NOT good. Makes far too much powdery ash so the grate is full in half the time of the last lot. Would need emptying twice in a day if fire was on all day. Also it doesn't produce enough heat to keep radiators going. Will not be wanting this coal from Kazakhstan again.
