Donna is engaging, friendly and professional. And being approachable is so important when you want people to reach out to improve their businesses! I was looking to implement a CRM system and Donna helped me to break down all the processes involved in the various aspects of my photography business. Talking things through, and then having them relayed back to me in a PDF document has helped me to streamline and improve my business over a difficult (lockdown) year.

Donna and her staff are highly professional and approachable and put my partner and I at ease immediately. The meetings have been dynamic, helpful and hugely practical. The resulting reports produced are of an excellent quality also. Donna and her team encapsulated perfectly where we are as an organisation and clearly outlined our current position and provided recommendations for moving forward. I would highly recommend Donna Smith of Thystle to all business owners. It was great to have someone from out with the company sit with us and review our processes. On occasion she questioned the reasoning behind some of those processes and gave an unbias opinion (where necessary) on how the business might be more efficiently run. It was clear that Donna had a wealth of experience in this field to draw from. A very worthwhile exercise which gave us confidence in much of what we already do but also left us with some valuable suggestions which we will look to implement in the future. Fresh eyes will see what you have missed.

We recently had the pleasure of having on our SME MOT with Thystle Ltd and would definitely recommend it to any business owner. We all need feedback its how we improve! It was refreshing to have Donna, who is very experienced, logical and approachable, take the time to understand our business and help us identify ways to streamline our processes and be more efficient. We have taken her suggestions on board and are currently working our way through them. We will certainly be working with Donna on future projects.

Donna helped us set up an online system allowing our staff to work more efficiently and removing the requirement for old paper based documents. Donna was highly professional throughout and her attention to detail was second to none. We've had to make a couple of adjustments since set up, for which Donna has been quick to respond with amendments being done the same day. Can highly recommend!
