        Disappointing to read the latest care inspectorate report from April 2022 and see many of the issues remain at Kintyre House. Lots of areas for improvement still to be met including dementia training which was highlighted in 2020. Also a distressing unanounced inspection report in January 2021 which showed a service very overstretched and unable to provide basic palliative care. Read the Care Inspectorate reports for this home. Inspection grades as follows; 14th April 2022 - Mainly Adequate with one Very Good 27 Jan 2021 - Adequate 25 Nov 2020 - Adequate 14 Setp 2020 - Adequate 3 Jul 2020 - Weak 17 Mar 2020 - Adequate 20th Feb 2019 - Good 20 Mar 2018 - Good 24 Nov 2016 - Very Good
