Very grateful for all the help I received from the staff of Inverbervie Medical Centre on 8 June, 2022. Was connected very quickly to the receptionist when I telephoned the surgery in the morning and told that I would get a call back in the afternoon, which I did, and subsequently an appointment was made for me to be seen later that same day. All the staff I met and spoke to on the telephone were so helpful and professional. Special thanks to Nurse Debbie Robson and the professional and patient receptionist I spoke to in the morning.

GPs often dont read notes before appointments and Ive yet to see a gp or nurse thats informed on EDS and the affects of my chronic illness, Ive regularly had my symptoms blamed on mental health and been refused Trans related care, including a referral to a GIC and was instead told to talk to mental health services (who said that me being trans had nothing to do with them) this delayed my referral by a year (the wait to see a GIC is already 4 years) I am now using private care and the practice manager has stated that no GPs at this practice are to work with Gender GP leaving me to deal with blood tests ect on my own increasing my risk of complications If I could switch to another practice I would

Sometimes okay and sometimes not very good. Had a call to make an appointment regarding test results and the Dr called later in the week and asked me why she was calling. Some drs are good, others make you feel like an inconvenience and half the time they don't even read your notes before they call you

Have had various visits to the Health Centre over the past few years for a range of ailments from minor problems to pretty serious stuff. Ive found them always very good. All UK health practices these days are under incredible pressure and I have a load of sympathy with the workload they have. The online request service works incredibly well.

Very hit or miss. Medical staff are excellent when you get to see them. Front line staff need training on how to deal with patients courteously, professionally and timeously. There is a lack of confidentiality when dropping off samples, the phone is often not answered due to "staff shortages" - it seems savings are being made at the cost of patient care.
