This place used to be quite good, now however it has clearly gone down hill. We were a group of three adults and two children. We all ordered fish and chips - the children's portion size was larger than that of the adult portion size. It looked like the fish for the adults was cut in half so was a 1/2 fish rather than a full fish. The portion of chips for the children's portion was virtually identical to the adults portion - note: the children's portion is children's size; it is the adult portions that are sadly lacking. My desert of hot(?) sticky toffee pudding was virtually stone cold. The service was lacking and overall not a great experience. The bill? Seriously overpriced for that experience. The only thing one of our party said that was remotely positive is that the fruit salad was passable I would not recommend. Also worth noting that there are no dairy free dessert options barring said fruit salad. I would opt for zero stars if that were an option. Avoid.
