Very disappointed!!! Agreed a deal with Gordon on an item, confirmed I was taking it, gave my invoice details and notified him of when I was coming to collect said item. Only to find he has now sold it (within two days!! And prior to my arrangement of collection). His word obviously means nothing!! Very slow at replying to my emails (a week and 4 emails later before I got a reply at one stage). I understand you may be under pressure with covid but there is no excuse however for going back on your word and messing people around.

Totally rude. Was basically chased away with my Grandson for looking. As a land rover owning potential customer I'll be making sure no one I know uses this lot. I wasn't walking about a warehouse or indeed had nothing explained to me about not entering the area. There were no signs giving any info and I was pretty much told this is private property, get out. That does have plenty to do with the service you provide, or lack of it. No excuse for ignorance.
