What a fantastic creative fiber experience this past week! Not only were there numerous fiber techniques to explore and learn but having a full immersive Isle of Skye lifestyle and history experience too. With a small group we were able to get to know and learn from eachother. We all had a penchant for fiber and Wild at Art did not disappoint. Weaving, spinning, visiting working crofts, felting and yarn shopping sure kept us busy. And we still managed to see the beauty of Skye, visit castles, museums, listen to story tellers and visit distilleries. They also had wonderful meals (and deal with my dietary needs!). Thank you Ute and Lucy for a perfect balanced week!

I visited Orkney with a Wild at Art program - the teacher Leo de Feu was wonderful, and the location - at the Linklater Voice Center was perfect for this type of group. Thank you Ute for being a great host.

Loved the experience, and it was good dynamics in the group. Professionally managed. Skilled tutor. Appropriate group size.

My recent trip, "Sense of Place" on the island of Lewis & Harris was my second trip with Wild at Art Scotland and, as on the first trip, I had an incredible time! It was a perfect blend of being able to get a sense of the place with visits to different areas of the island -- from rugged landscapes to beautiful beaches -- time to sketch/paint at each site and studio time to refine work and try new ideas and techniques. Accommodations and food was wonderful, and our art tutor, Nicky, was encouraging and there to provide guidance and support when needed. As always, company co-owner Ute was warm, welcoming and a pleasure to spend time with, as were all my fellow group members. Looking forward to joining another trip in 2023!

(Painting and Walking on Iona) Enriching, inspiring, healing... This experience was magic. Ute also took such great care of me when I aggravated an old injury and made sure I didn't feel left out at all. I'll never forget the memories I made there or the people I made them with. It almost feels like a dream now. One I'm most eager to enjoy again! I will absolutely be booking more adventures with Ute in the future.
