    I have used this company on a number of occasions over the past few months from a garage conversion to front and back garden renovations. The staff are so friendly and helpful to deal with, nothing is too much hassle and they are always willing to help. I was initially recommended them by a friend and I would now recommend anyone to use them and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. Services: House & garage cleanouts, Yard debris removal

    Three days of idiotic mistakes and miscommunication, broken assurance after broken assurance after broken assurance, all compounded by the fact that every time you spoke to a different person you would be told wildly different things and the complete lack of communication between anyone in the company was glaringly obvious. Then afterwards for having the nerve to try and complain or even expect some sort of apology you are called a liar. But it's okay because after investigating themselves they found themselves to have no fault. What a surprise. Honestly the single worst experience I have had with any company. Utterly ludicrous how consistently and repeatedly bad the entire experience was. Service: Trash removal & disposal

    Honestly the single worst experience with a company ever. I along with my partner and another person were clearing a house out for an ill friend. She was going into hospital on the Monday. On the first day of this disaster, she had already hired a skip and was told on the phone that they would collect payment later. So she expected the skip to be booked for the Monday. She told us, the three people helping her this. One of us took off work, losing a days wage. Another took time out of his life to be there and I left all the things that I had going on to be there for the skip. However, come Monday, before going to hospital, which the company knew about, she called the company before the skip was due to make the payment and was told that the skip wasn't booked because she hadn't paid, despite being told that it could wait and the skip would be there. So she was of course upset especially due to the fact she had an operation that day. It gave her extra stress. She also felt bad about the three of us having taken time off work and out of our lives to be there. She then made a payment of 350 for 45 minutes for the next day between 11am-12pm. We were all there, taking time off and away from our obligations. We waited for hours to find out that they had cancelled and hadn't bother to call, instead they just sent an email. So she booked the next day and told it was guaranteed to be there between 11-12. The next day 11-12 came and went, she phoned them up and was told that they would be there before 1pm, again 'gauranteed'. She was in tears. This was horrible stress for someone as ill as she is. They finally arrived about 2PM. She was told we would have extra time to compensate but the driver denied this. One of us enquired as to why they were so late or if they had a job before this but in their words: "nah, I was just waiting around". They were only twenty minutes away. We were in a dusty cold flat with nowhere to sit with one of us disabled. She got zero compensation. She paid a eyewatering amount amount for a service and was repeteadly let down and messed around. she was even at one point told that she could have her money back and go somewhere else, excellent care and customer service.We lost wages, fuel going back and forth and time out of our lives. Services: Junk removal, Dumpster rental
