Heather lodge 17 kiltility Inverness . I recently stayed here with my partner, and i was totally unhappy with the very poor standard of lodge. I have stayed with Solid Luxury on previous occasions and its been excellent with good lodges of a high standard, on this occasion not so, the lodge was very very poor unclean, and shabby . I have spoken to the staff about my concerns and hope my thoughts will be considered, I just can not recommend the old lodges at Inverness . The new Thistle lodges are very good, please look at the lodges before you book to avoid disappointment. I was told Heather lodge was of a good standard i had a five night stay between two lodges Heather lodge cost me 422.75, which is 140.91 per night , very very poor and not value for money.

Crooks, Take a deposit and then cant "Refund Because A Change In Policy" We never got a policy. I mean if you if you cannot refund our money you clearly need the money more than us. Your company is a disgrace I hope everyone reads this review as your customer service is also disgusting and its a very good description on what your company stands for. If I could give you a minus star I really would. Solid Luxury Should be be renamed to Solid Robbery.
