Very friendly from initial email to final pick up. Also accommodating and had a genuine care for Darcy while she was staying. When I picked up Darcy I could tell she was content and had been well looked after. Would definitely recommend and use again. I also loved the facebook pics posted of Darcy whilst I was away for the 2 weeks so I could see she was happy - thank you :)

Wasn't interested in taking my dogs unless willing to commit to long term constant use of her facilities. Not at 40 a day for 2 dogs maybe the millionaires she is used to dealing with can palm of the responsibilities of their dogs on a regular basis but the whole setup seems really unreasonable for a boarding service. From the response below tou can get a feeling for how unprofessional the whole set up is. She has posted my screen name on Facebook which is different to my actual name for personal reasons (so now I've had to change that) she has also quoted and mocked my wording and manipulated my words. She has also decided to advertise to the world the breeds of dogs I have, again something I don't want plastered all over the Internet. How disrespectful to my right to privacy all that was ever required was her response not my personal information. Remove my personal information from your response and stick to the facts.
