Avoid! Worst letting agent I've had the displeasure of being with. Amanda was completely incompetent and totally unprofessional. From day one I had issues. When she brought the contract over so I could sign, it was in joint names instead of my name only as I had specifically asked. The house number and postcode were also wrong but the street was correct... Once that was sorted (30-40 mins later) and the contract was signed she was very hard to get hold of for the rest of the tenancy. Took 6 months plus to get an issue sorted. Later it turned out she hadn't been speaking to the landlord as much as she said she had or passing things on from the landlord to us. Never received any details about where my deposit was being held. Had to go hunting myself to get my money back in the end. When i did give my 2 months notice I got confirmation about the date and that it was all was OK, but then nothing... Tried contacting her many times in the few weeks and days running up to the leaving date with no reply. The day comes, all ready to leave, property cleaned and emptied, just needed the once over and the keys handed back, but still no word. Finely answers her phone after several attempts and I'm told it's a public holiday and she isn't working so I'll just have to rearrange. I reminded her she knew the date, she's had 2 months notice etc but to no avail. I was basically told tough, deal with it. She was completely unapologetic and didn't care one bit. Had to get the landlord involved so we could leave. I've dealt with many agents/landlords in the past and what should have been simple was the most horrible and stressful experience. PS - It was a few years ago now but I just saw a letting sign which reminded me I never reviewed!

Horrible service. I was let agreed with Amanda. She took my money then stopped taking my calls. I had to hire a solicitor before I got my money back. Had to give a star to write a review
