        Have used sylvia for approximately 18months and have always been satisfied but last 2 grooms have been poor. Cooper is a long haired german shepherd, and although we did asked him to be cut neater the last time, the cut was shorter than I expected. This resulted in Cooper not requiring groomed for 3 months. I put him in today for a tidy up and this cut is even worse than the last. He's been clipped really really short again. So short he's not even recognisable. If I wanted him to have a no.2 all over, I would have took him to a barbers! In reply to Sylvia's comments, Cooper is brushed every other day and always has been. The previous groomer never had an issue with Coopers coat and certainly never shaved it. If Cooper was 'harder to groom' I would have preferred a call to say he couldn't be done.
