        Never thought getting a mortgage would be so straightforward. I had been told by all other brokers that I needed 2 years books but I only had 1 years books. Mark showed me there were numerous lenders that would offer me a mortgage and after providing the necessary details I have my mortgage and at a very good rate. I cannot thank UK Financial enough for my new home and will recommend them to all of my friends. Top rate service and explained in a way that was very easy to understand. 10 out of 10 in my book!
