Horrible place to work...

Worked there for 1 year 4 months. Great place to work but got sacked after refusing to go back out on road tired after completing a 10 hour shift. Which, granted I understand is an early finish it seems with malcolms. Put there pallets before there drivers. Had Certificate to take them to court but time crept up quickly and it would have been too much hassle. Wages are pretty poor. 12.70 for a class 1 driver...and that's wages just been put up. Office staff never held accountable for anything as usual. Everything pinned on driver, nothing ever the Offices fault. Great company to work for, wages aren't great but office staff a massive let down.
