Zero care put into customer parcels at all. I've ordered a new rear diffuser for my car that has turned up damaged twice. I had to get a replacement sent up from the company that makes the diffuser at my expense and it's damaged worse than the first one. They don't take any consideration into customer parcels at all from being flung around on the conveyor belt to being kicked off at the back of the vans. The drivers don't want to take any responsibility and just tell you to call the number on the website, and won't even let you reject it from coming off the van. Pictures attached are taken from the back of the couriers transit, who was adamant that it couldn't go back on and it's not his problem. The contents were valued at more than 200 and just to see them get flung around is unbelievably frustrating. (The rips in the box to the point it was nearly fully open was how it arrived. Almost looks like somebody ripped it open to get a look at the contents. Disgraceful)
