Worked here from Oct 2020 to Sept 2021 through agency Manpower. Place was awful and summer of 2021 they changed factory floor, which led to people you worked with leaving Honeywell. think change was due to 5S policy methodology ? but management wanted more targets and you to do different jobs had to involve new training again. I left the place. the factory was a circus and it needs shut down like ASAP.

The worst company i've worked for, the managers are the worst, all they want is targets, targets,targets and have been known to sack agency staff for not reaching them even though they've only been in a couple of days, they have also been known to make people cry and walk out, it is also well known through out the factory that they use bully tactics to get there on way, and to put it in prospective, they have been agency who still work in resideo have been there for over ten years and still not been made up to core staff (full time), SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS..

I worked at Honeywell, Newhouse for 24 years, when the whole factory was owned by honeywell. The management in USA decided back in 2017, to split the company up. The Newhouse plant is now owned by Resideo (who I work for now), and Honeywell rent from Resideo

Was a really nice place to work with some amazing people . Plenty of opportunities aswell
