Remarkably crashed and burned in term of delivery on time

Driver delivered parcel to wrong address. I watched as he drove by my flat. The picture sent is not my door. I tried to contact DPD right away but theres no way to speak to an actual person until tomorrow now. Why if you have drivers out delivering is there no way to speak to customer services during operational hours?

They have said they have tried to deliver my order twice and have missed me I dont know where they went to but it wasnt my house Ive watched them on tracker and there tracker has my address three miles away and customer service is garbage

Nothing to do with deliveries but why do DPD drivers bring their vans home with them. Massive big sprinters etc. Bus drivers dont take their buses home with them . Why cant they just leave them at the depot. Our street starting to look like a DPD depot. No parking spaces for residents cars once the vans are all parked up. Sick of it. Got to laugh one of the drivers doesnt even live on our street lives around the corner but parks it on our street .
