        The engraving was slightly smaller than expected.Howvere it is fine. The worst part was the condition that my watch was returned to me. Shows lack of respect for peoples property. I posted the brand new watch in its secure packaging and plastic bag that the watch was in as well as its secure insert. The watch was returned to me without the plastic bag that i sent it in. The insert was not sent with thevwatch and instead it was placed insecurely to bounce around in transit. Everytime i open the box and see how my watch was returned, my blood boils. I am greatly dissappointed amd cannot understand how my watch was treated with no regard and not returned to me EXACTLY as i packaged it. The wrapping etc and boxing were not yours to throw away and risk my watch getting scratched and damaged in transit. Im not pleased with the care given to my watch.
