OYO The Hillside Hotel

This has to be the worst hotel room I've ever been in. It was dirty, run down and certainly not worth the 70 fee for the night. It was a last minute booking and the bed was comfy enough but cleanliness and maintenance were both very much low on the priorities. There were sanitary wrappings on the floor next to the toilet, the seat of which was hanging off, the bin had the previous occupants shampoo sachet in it, the shower head was black with mould, no handle on the bathroom door and the remote control needed dipped in sanitiser. Breakfast isn't even something I'd give my kids, who has cupcakes from Farmfoods and I can't remember ever eating chocolate hoops? The most disappointing was the lack of staff presence, especially in the morning.... zero hospitality after the money is taken. If this is a last resort then be prepared otherwise avoid.

We had a 40th birthday party and would like to thank DJ Thee-e-e-ecys for the banging retro happy hard-core tunes at 2:00 in the afternoon! Took us all back to our youth. Well worh the four stars Negative points; Ecstasy too expensive!! 2 for 10, it used to be 3 for 10 back in our day Neighbours were rude telling us to "shut your noise up!!" Hole it the toilet wall
