Good if all is well, not so good if there are technical issues. Especially falling short on communication with customers.

First called 7 jan 2022, told we would be emailed, wanted to sign up to Highland Wireless as told by friends of the great service,however by 2 February phoned again to organize as no word from them, receptionist said they were very sorry and someone would call back as soon as possible. Now the 15th February, just had a voice mail from someone from Highland wireless about a meeting to discuss internet. I'm sorry Highland wireless little too late we got broadband from ee. Try calling interested customers alot sooner or lose custom.

Just taken three months to tell us they cant provide the service despite indicating that they could at the initial site visit. The only reason weve waited and chased repeatedly was that we wanted to use a local firm. Difficult to get hold of as 3/4 times you just get the answering machine and emails werent replied to. Very disappointed!
