    Paul was supposed to visit on the 20th September to service my boiler as part of my boiler cover with SSE. He didnt show up for another 2 weeks and gave no apology or explanation as to why he didnt visit on the agreed date. When he came out he completed the service and identified 2 faults. He called a week later to let me know that parts had not arrived yet and hoped to get out to me the following week which he did. However within 24 hours the boiler started making a rattle only when the hot water is on and is also frequently losing pressure and need re pressurised every 2-3 days. He advised me he heard this noise himself but didnt think it was important to mention it to me. He advised he would be able to come out the following week but called the day before to say he was isolating and wouldnt be able to attend which is understandable. We agreed that he would come and complete the work on Friday the 12th November (almost 2 months since he was originally supposed to visit) The 12th game and went and there was still no sign of Paul. Numerous calls and voicemails to his mobile were left which he didnt respond to. Shocking customer service. Im quite sure SSE would have paid Paul for the work and replacement parts but hes not completed the work. Paul contacted me the day after leaving this review requesting that I take the review down. He then phoned my house asking to come back out and complete the work. By this time I had already arranged for SSE to send someone else. Ive attached screenshots of the sms messages from Paul.     Quality-Fix Gas & Heating carried out a service on my gas boiler. The technician (Paul H) was very knowledgeable about the whole system and completed a thorough inspection/service. Paul answered any questions I had with regards to the system and gave me sound advice for adding inhibitor to my heating system. Overall, I was happy with the service provided and at a good price too! I will recommend the company to friends and family in the future. Service: Heating system maintenance
