        I thought Id need to retire from Etape Loch Ness 2023 with a bent derailleur and snapped through-frame shift cable. A tricky repair in a workshop, Donnie managed it at the cold and wet Invermoriston feed station with lots of other people standing around needing his help, no pressure! He went above and beyond to help me complete the course with a full set of gears, cant thank him enough.
