Nice little station especially if you are staying in the Atholl Arms which is right next to the station. It is old but with a surviving bridge between the platforms. It could do with more trains though as there is not really a clear timetable each day. Also useful if you want to catch the Caledonian sleeper...

Lovely, sedate and relaxing - plenty is lovely scenery, a few places to eat and there's a good sized hotel and caravan/camping ground in addition to the castle (admission priced) all here in the heart of the Highlands
