I traveled in Scotland for 14 days, and stayed at many B&Bs. Bridge of Gaur Guesthouse was the best one. Owner Heather could not be any nicer, nor accommodating. The rooms are very spacious, water pressure fantastic, beds comfortable (two pillows per person!), everything was very clean as well, and the lounge area is complete with great books to learn about the local area, or greater Scotland. Bridge of Gaur is a perfect spot as well to be located for hiking the local area. Heather is so helpful, and offered great travel tips to us for our stay and beyond. Also I really recommend booking a dinner there- the venison stew is delicious, and dining there for dinner is a great end to a day spent hiking. Breakfast is perfect as well- full scottish or a nice bowl of porridge to start your day. Very much recommend Bridge of Gaur Guesthouse.
