        Hidden away on a glorious highland Perthshire hillside, the Hayloft is perfect relaxing, secluded retreat and ideal base for exploring the local area. Everything about our stay was magical. The winding drive through golden autumn foliage up the hillside eventually reveals a magnificent converted farm steading - home of the hosts Julie and Jose. The Hayloft itself sits behind the main house in a tranquil, secluded garden with shared parking adjacent. The setting and room itself have been styled and decorated elegantly throughout, with a perfect balance between traditional Scottish and modern luxury. Every detail of the experience has been carefully thought out, from beautiful tweed textiles to the wicker basket breakfast hampers and of course, the stunning rain shower in the en-suite. Julie and Jose were friendly, welcoming and accommodating, but we still felt like we had our own cosy little hide-away even with them just around the corner. Overall, we couldn't rate the experience any higher and will definitely be back when we're next in the area.
