This GP is a joke. Lines open from 8AM to 5:30 PM but at 5PM the phone is off. Everytime I'll call is always busy. Without any notice the phone is off whole day and if you somehow manage to get through, you'll get a call back as no more spaces left to see anyone. Google will more help you than this place.

Today I had the need to visit the surgery. Speaking with Michelle I found her to be professional and very efficient at her job which I must admit must be very trying at times. Now all we need are permanent doctors and back to a normal service to match Michelles attention to detail.

The family is Slowly watching my father-in-law starve to death after having a bladder cancer surgery, 5 & a half stone hes lost since may! my mother-in-law who has secondary cancer is at her wits end trying to receive basic care For him at this surgery, why is the gp not doing more and referring him into hospital, why is she allowing him to slowly to deteriorate get weaker and weaker and letting him starve! Why are you not carrying out your duty of care! Hes been left far to long! If you dont want to treat him in fife then send him to another trust that will care properly. If things dont improve we will be seeking advice on.
