Biscuit Cafe

Initially sat down at a table for four, tucked away in the corner as we had a large dog, pram and baby who is too small for a high chair - my partner and childs mum also has a broken shoulder and we were told to move to a small table for two right in the middle of all the other tables. We thought the whole scenario was a bit disappointing, we just decided to leave. After our experience and reading other reviews its quite clear this cafe is unwilling to accommodate or recognise anyone with a disability wether its a broken shoulder or a more serious disability. In hindsight actually quite glad we decided to leave as the menu looked miserable and overpriced. Cheers.

We went there at the weekend and the place was busy, what is great for a local cafe. The food was good, homemade, we ordered mac and cheese and stovies. Both dishes were tasty but just slightly warm, not hot, and mac & cheese was without garlic bread, and there was no cheese on the top of the mac. We've been served by nice young girls, but one of them was so busy that half of a dish landed from plate onto table. Lovely, atmospheric place, cakes look delicious. Only the music from the radio was very loud and tiring, just what young people listening
