Elaine and Charlie anticipated our every need. They warmly welcomed us in from a drizzly December evening to a cozy fire and wrapped me in a tartan blanket. The house is beautifully appointed with style and taste. We stayed in the arts and crafts room where Id never slept better in my life. Heat pads underneath and fabulous linens atopI felt wrapped in love! In the morning, I struggled to pull myself away from the windows perfect view of the rooftops and chimney pots of Culross. Magical! A chef worthy gourmet breakfast greeted us downstairs. This was a stay for the soul! Cannot recommend it enough. I need more stars!!!!

My husband and I have just had a lovely weekend staying in Elaines beautiful B&B. The property is in a great location in the village of Culross. The decor is stunning and Elaine has such a talent for interior design, it made the visit feel very special. We arrived to a log fire burning in the lounge and instantly felt at home. Elaine was so welcoming and gave us tea and biscuits on arrival. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and had such a comfy bed, we both slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and so well presented with beautiful crockery. There were fresh flowers in the lounge and bedroom and lovely artwork on the walls, with a very interesting selection of books. Elaine was a brilliant host and we couldnt have asked for any more during our stay. We would love to come back soon and can wholeheartedly recommend Stay without any hesitations. Thanks Elaine! A wonderful B&B, feels more like a home crime home. The hosts Elaine and Charlie are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Arrived late and couldnt find the house. Called them and Elaine came outside to find me and telling me the right direction. It was a spontaneous short notice stay. But Elaine even organised a second bed in the room. She was incredible. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean, comfy and spacious. Wonderful and amazing little sea tails everywhere. I loved that they treat the environment as best as they could. Water in glass bottles, metal spoons and porcelain cups. Even the soap is animal cruelty and plastic free. Breakfast! Too many unbelievable choices. Full English, vegan, vegetarian or continental. If even that didnt suit you Elaine is doing a great msli choice. Fresh yogurt, oats, honey and fruits and nuts. Loved it! Charlie is looking after the fireplace and keep the fire burning and telling you the history about the lovely old village. Hope to come back soon. The best place to stay. Thank you
