I'm fairly new to the practice. The standard of care I have been given has been awesome. The doctors and nurses I have seen so far have been understanding, caring, and knowledgeable and put you at ease when you go in to see them. You may have to wait a bit before seeing somebody, but this is understandable, as some patients take longer than others.
Reception staff I have always found to be very helpful and approachable. Any issues I've had, have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Notifications about other services and where to go, are on a big board right by the door as you come in, which is useful.
Tech wise, they are right up there with a self check in, located on the left hand wall by reception. I have also received text messages straight to my mobile phone (which is handy) for general notifications or if the practice need me to contact them back for something.
I would thoroughly recommend The Millig Practice to anyone. They're definitely getting it right in standards of care.
