Curious Minds is a fantastic place to buy lots of fun educational toys, the staff are always very helpful and courteous. My items arrived well packaged and I found them to be of great help, I wish I had these choices of things when I was young!

I ordered online a 122 star wars lego set and it turned up very well packaged double wrapped in bubble wrap but unfortunately it wasn't sealed the sellotape wasn't sticky anymore the box was open at both ends scratched, squashed, when I contacted them they were very rude and said unfortunately you can't always trust the royal mail and offered me 15% off then changed their minds after I said it didnt look like it was damaged on the way because the packaging was in perfect condition they said ( "I can fully appreciate you are irritated by the state in which this parcel has arrived. But please understand, we gain zero benefit from sending out damaged stock to our customers. We own an award winning bricks & mortar toy shop where our customers can walk in and pick Lego sets off the shelf, there isnt a second hand item in the shop. We note with shock, your very offensive accusation that we are trying to sell you used goods and take great offence at your allegation we are trying to pull a fast one. We now need to decide how to handle your accusations and will take advice on the matter" ) I didnt even get a "we are very sorry" they had the attitude of "some times things get trashed in he post"

Excellent service, kept informed about my purchase. Very well packaged, a delicate item that arrived safely. So easy to use amazon pay as well. Will definitely keep an eye out for unusual presents in the future
