Lovely shop, lovely people and plenty of exciting things to see. Best part of my holiday. Thank you for being so helpful. Another year and another visit this time with Clara my 6 year old granddaughter, she had so much fun and evryone was happy for her to look around. Bought so much material that I absolutly, desperately needed.:-) Thank you everyone for helping me and being so nice.

I absolutely adore this little gem of a shop. All the staff are lovely, and the owner Irina is so knowledgeable and helpful, and always patient with me when Im looking for advice on something I dont really understand :) I cant believe how lucky I am to have a shop like this in such a small town, and they almost always have exactly what I need :)

This is an Aladdin's cave of a shop. Fantastic staff, very helpful.

Frustrating experience really (and not for the first time) as Irina (?) the owner can be angry, for example, when you have specific cuttings and specifications for pieces yet the owner approaches you so aggressively. Always shouting about covid and masks. It becomes tiresome. They need to appreciate that our needs are different. The whole "wear a mask" (post covid and legal provisions) in my shop" thing. Me, my daughter and cousin got screamed at - an entire lecture - before she even let me in or ask why.. This was 4 months post covid masks. Despite the time and length of moments past, we had our own pain with losing our father with covid. Seem to be becoming a more and more unfriendly place. EDIT - if the shop is in helensburgh then I've definitely got the right place. I've been a few times in the hope your maybe had a bad day that day + I was wrong. I go elsewhere now.
